Smart Solutions Recruitment are seeking Street Cleansing Operatives for immediate starts in the Bromley area on behalf of our client, waste and recycling specialist company. The ideal candidates will have experience of street cleansing, would have worked within the Waste and Recycling sector previously or similar, with a keen understanding of its Health and Safety systems and are happy to work within a team, or as an individual.

The work will entail, but is not limited to:
-Street sweeping.
-Litter picking.
-Bin emptying.
-Clearing between cars.

Requirements of the Street Cleansing Operative:
-Ability to work well unsupervised, manage time effectively and be self-motivated.
-Polite behaviour and cooperate with the public, representing the company with manners and behave well at all times.
-Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting if needed.
-Class B driving licence would be an advantage.

Full induction, PPE and all training will be provided.

Pay rate starts on £7.50 per hour, and goes up to £7.69 after 12 weeks.

We have various shifts available, full time work Mon-Fri plus 2 out of 4 weekends:
Mon-Fri 6:00-15:00
Sat-Sun 6:00-10:00; 8:00-19:00; 13:00-22:00; 17:00-22:00;
