You’ll have the drive to motivate and coach the team to provide a level of service that ‘wows’ our customers, and keeps them coming back.As part of the Management team, you’ll be supported to develop other skills including driving sales, customer service and controlling costs in order to deliver profit. This role offers a great first step onto the management ladder for people who have passion and the drive to succeed.
Skills/Knowledge Required
• Proven track record of personally delivering high standards of customer service in a pressurized environment; identifying, understanding, and giving priority to satisfying the needs of customers.
• Food Safety & Health Safety
• Experience of coaching, supporting or supervising team members or peers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Planning, organizing and time management skills.
• IT skills – Basic Microsoft office)
• Experience gained within the Hospitality or Retail industries (preferably QSR / fast food).
• Team Leadership / Shift Manager experience.
• Experience in sales.
